The hotel is located in a great spot, right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. You won't have to travel far to see the Hermitage, the Admiralty, Nevsky Avenue, Isaac's Cathedral, or The Bronze Horseman. The central location on the banks of the Moika river adds to the charm of this hotel.

While everything else was fine, it would have been nice to have some tea facilities in the room.

I loved the location, the friendly porter who helped us with suitcases. The room and the jacuzzi were perfect for myself and my two daughters. It was a special occasion for us and we were happy with the breakfast place next door too. I can only recommend the Prestige hotel and I consider myself very lucky to have found it.

There is no air conditioning for this hotel and while I stayed there, the daily temperature was over 34, we only got 1 slow moving fan. Definitely not worth for the price that they charged. Staff cannot communicate in English and not helpful. Poor breakfast and not a loss if you missed it.

Located close to Admiralteyskaya metro station, this hotel is convenient for travel. It is also within walking distance of some major sights, including museums and cathedrals. There are plenty of eating and entertainment options nearby, such as a restaurant and a cafe. The hotel is clean, and the desk staff is helpful.

The hotel lacks an elevator, which can be inconvenient for those carrying heavy luggage or who have trouble with stairs.

Great location. Large rooms, fully equipped. Good desk space for working on my computer. Actually, much more than I expected for the price given how over-expensive hotels in St. Petersburg tend to be.

WiFi did not work in the room (hotel offered me a cable as a solution, but I just used my own mobile internet connection instead - this would have been an issue if I did not have a Russian mobile internet provider). Some things were too bureaucratic - for example, signing a formal room rental contract on check-in, and the process for getting breakfast in the morning (requires bringing a ticket to the restaurant, but if the front desk does not fill in the ticket exactly correctly, then the restaurant argues about service).

There was only one English speaking person and that too during the day. But I used an Iphone app to translate. Very helpful staff.

During our city trip, we stayed in a hotel that was in an excellent location. We were able to walk to all of the main tourist attractions and didn't have to worry about transportation. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, which made our stay more comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, and they helped us with everything we needed.

One thing we didn't like was that there were no tea facilities in the room, and we had to go to the main lobby to get hot water. The breakfast was a bit boring, and there weren't many options to choose from.

Location, 2 minutes walking distance from the Hermitage. Clean large room. Very comfortable beds.

The hotel is very well situated, 5min walking distance from Amiraute, Ermitage, Nevsky Prospekt, all historical center and main sites. Rooms are big with air conditioning and big bathroom with jacuzzi.

Even if the staff was really nice and helpful, communication in English was difficult... But we managed it. 2 small negative points: breakfast choice was poor and TV only in Russian.

The location of this hotel was amazing, just a short walk to major attractions and places of touristic interest. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location with easy access to popular attractions. The hotel had top-notch security measures in place, including key card entry and CCTV surveillance. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was designed with convenience in mind. The complimentary bottled water at the reception was a nice touch. Despite a minor issue with breakfast timing, the cheerful service made up for it. I had a safe and comfortable stay at Prestige Hotel Center and would recommend it.

Its centrally located, close to shopping areas and very clean, breakfast was good, and the rooms are big and very comfortable, jakuzi in the bathroom, it was perfect, the staff was very helpful and friendly, I recommend this hotel.
